Service Description

Base fee: $125.00 + add-ons (see below) Door-to-door transport to your appointment and back home. Return pickup timing depends on appointment length and will be coordinated with you after booking. Please include your pickup address and destination below. Companion policy: 1 family member or companion rides free with the patient. Each additional companion is $25 per person. ADD-ON FEES — APPLIED BASED ON YOUR TRIP: • Out-of-Area Fee (>30 miles): $15.00 • Additional Companion: $25.00 per person • COVID-Positive Transport: $50.00 • Bariatric Fee (over 280 lbs): $15.00 • Sitting Fee: $40.00/hr (driver stays during appointment) • Wait Time: $15.00 per 15 minutes ($1.00/min) • After-Hours Service (outside Mon–Fri 7am–5pm): $20.00 IMPORTANT: If add-ons are not disclosed at booking and the driver determines upon arrival that one applies, a $35 penalty fee will be charged in addition to the add-on cost.
